Programs, Groups & Corporate Talks

Your team is burning out and nobody's saying it out loud. Someone in your program keeps blowing up and doesn't know how to stop. You need something structured, not a one-off pep talk.

What's offered

  • 10-session anger management program for people who keep blowing up and don't know how to stop
  • Therapeutic women's workshops
  • Life empowerment & attachment-in-parenting groups
  • Corporate talks for teams burning out quietly

How it works

Each program is structured and sequential, built from clinical practice rather than motivational content. Talks and workshops are shaped around the room in front of them, whether it is a leadership team, a parenting group, or people who've been holding it together for too long.

How to Find the Right Therapist in Calgary

Fit matters more than most directories let on. Research consistently shows the working relationship is one of the strongest predictors of outcome.

Ask about experience with your specific situation, how progress gets measured, and what happens if it isn't working.

A consult call is for you to interview the therapist as much as the reverse.

Anger Management in Calgary: What to Expect

Anger is usually the visible end of something else: shame, fear, exhaustion, or old survival wiring.

The program is skills-based and sequential: recognizing early physical cues, interrupting escalation, and repairing afterwards.

People come self-referred, and sometimes because someone they love asked them to.

Provisional Psychologist vs. Registered Psychologist: What's the Difference

A provisionally registered psychologist has completed the required graduate education and is completing the supervised practice hours and examinations required for full registration with the College of Alberta Psychologists.

Provisional registrants see clients and are accountable to the same professional and ethical standards.

If you have questions about what that means for your care, ask directly on the consult call.
